Новое посвящение стратегов из Ольвии и проблема восстановления города после гетского разгрома

В статье публикуется посвящение стратегов Августу, его наследнику Гаю Юлию Цезарю и Народу, обнаруженное в Ольвии в 2006 г. и датируемое 1 г. до н.э.– 4 г. н.э. Это самая ранняя надпись послегетской Ольвии. Ее анализ позволяет предполагать, что город был восстановлен под римским контролем в последние годы до нашей эры, после разгрома Буребисты. Вопреки часто высказывавшимся предположениям, в состав граждан Ольвии не были включены соседние скифы или сарматы: они вошли в состав ольвийского гражданства позже, в 50–80-е годы н.э.
