Статья представляет собой главу из неизданной монографии Э.Л. Грейс-Казакевич, написанной в 1960-х годах и посвященной ряду аспектов древнегреческого права. В данной статье рассматривается закон Драконта об убийстве, причем акцент делается на проблеме статусов преступника и жертвы. Исследовательницу прежде всего интересует то, какое обращение предусматривалось законом по отношению к лицам, не являвшимся гражданами (метекам, ксенам, рабам).
