Sarmatian Animal Style and Modern Problems of Its Study

This is a response to I.P. Zasetskaya’s critical paper on the author’s book about polychrome animal style (VDI. 2006. ‹ 2. P. 97–130). She claims that Zasetskaya’s criticism of the methods used in the book seems to be inconsistent in the light of modern research in this field.
